Longtime moe.rons may remember the column Tales from the moe.Republic which used to run in the snail mail edition of moe.s newsletter. The column was based upon a series of letters John Derhak, the bungling innkeeper of the moe.Republic Hotel, wrote to his brother Rob, who happens to play bass in the hard touring band. Now in the height of the digital age, John has compiled those letters into a full-length book, Tales from the moe.Republic. The book, which also features illustrations by moe. guitarist Chuck Garvey, is currently available online and will be made available in Borders in the coming months. The Derhaks will also be signing copies of the book in select stores.
