The last moe. studio effort, Sticks and Stones features guest strings from Cornmeal’s Allie Kral. On Saturday night in Milwaukee, her group, Cornmeal, opened for moe., which provided an opportunity for her to revisit Sticks and Stones. After her appearance on a version of ‘Waiting fir the Punch line,’ Kral added fiddle to the band’s debut live performance of ‘September.’ She later returned for the ‘Raise a Glass’ encore which preceded Plane Crash.
Next up for moe. is a performance this evening at Orbit Music in Mishawaka, IN, while Cornmeal next appears on Wednesday at Martyrs’ in Chicago.
