Robert Plant has set his sights on a new bank of tour dates, dubbed Up The Sharp End and featuring his roots-dominated Saving Grace ensemble and vocal collaborator Suzi Dian. The forthcoming run of appearances will pick up on September 18 at The Pageant in St. Louis, with follow-ups slated for the country’s interior and Western Shore through mid-October. The new roster of dates trails the fall 2025 arrival of Saving Grace and extends this group of artists’ ongoing alliance.
Following opening night in St. Louis, the tour will route to the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts in Kansas City, Mo., on Sept. 19. From there, the group will make its way to Pike Peak Center for the Performing Arts in Colorado Springs, Colo. (Sept. 22), The Santa Fe Opera in Santa Fe, N.M. (Sept. 23), and Pepsi Amphitheater in Flagstaff, Ariz. (Sept. 25), before the onset of California shows beginning Sept. 26 at Yaamava’ Theater in Highland, Calif.
Out West, the roots players will perform shows at Humphrey’s Concert by the Bay in San Diego, Calif. (Sept. 28), Vina Robles Amphitheatre in Paso Robles, Calif. (Sept. 29), the Arlington Theatre in Santa Barbara, Calif. (Oct. 1), and San Francisco’s Opherum Theatre (Oct. 2), ahead of their Golden State closer, Oct. 5 at Safe Credit Union Performing Arts Center in Sacramento, Calif.
The final stretch of appearances will bring the ensemble to Abravenel Hall in Salt Lake City (Oct. 8), before a crop of Midwest concerts kick off on Oct. 11 at The Monument in Rapid City, S.D. The group will take their affinity for traditionals and their own originals to the Sioux City Orpheum in Sioux City, Iowa (Oct. 12), the State Theatre in Minneapolis (Oct. 14), and, lastly, the Chicago Theatre on Oct. 15.
General ticket sales begin Friday, June 12, at 10 a.m. local time. For additional information, visit www.robertplant.com.
