Joe Russo’s Almost Dead have shared new live dates that extend their fall plans to include three new appearances on the East Coast. The Grateful Dead cover band will lead the charge of newly dropped dates by arriving at Boston’s MGM Music Hall at Fenway on September 11, ahead of a two-night follow-up in the Big Apple.
On the other side of the band’s Boston concert, they will proceed with two nights at New York’s The Rooftop at Pier 17. Prior to the arrival of the band’s newly dropped dates, they will kick off their summer schedule on Friday, June 20, appearing at the Mountain Jam Festival before taking a substantial break from the road, which will last the entirety of July.
After their gap in performances, JRAD will resume their live schedule on August 8 and 9 at Perinton Center Park Amphitheater in Perinton, Pa. They will continue with a final Northeastern date, August 10 in Jay Peak, Vt., before their Colorado run begins on August 21 at Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater, in Vail, Colo.
In the Centennial State, the band will put on two nights of music at Dillon Amphitheater in Dillon, Colo., on August 22 and 23, representing the final appearances before the ensuing September arrival of the band’s latest batch of new shows.
