DelFest has released the daily schedules for its 2024 event, set to return to Cumberland, Md.’s Allegany County Fairgrounds on May 23-26. The latest dispatch distributes the festival’s litany of high-profile acts from the worlds of country, folk, bluegrass and more across its four days of programming. With this, Greensky Bluegrass, Old Crow Medicine Show, Sierra Ferrell and of course Del McCoury Band and The Travelin’ McCourys are confirmed as this year’s headliners, leading a lineup of 36 acts for a staggering 56 performances through the course of the weekend.

On Thursday, May 23, an abbreviated lineup of highly-anticipated will kick off the festivities. Following sets from East Nash Grass, Yonder Mountain String Band and Daniel Donato’s Country, Del McCoury will make his first appearance of the weekend with a soundcheck set with his Del McCoury Band. Day one will also include late-night performances from The Dirty Grass Players and John Craigie.

The next day, FelFest will enter full swing with 15 performances through the course of Friday, May 24. Yonder Mountain String Band, John Craigie, East Nash Grass and Del McCoury Band will return for second stagings, joining major acts like Sam Grisman Project, Marty Stuart and his Fabulous Superlatives, Mr. Sun and more. Leftover Salmon will lead the late-night programming, following a supporting performance from Armchair Boogie.

Then, on Saturday, Del will present two sets from his Grammy-winning greener group The Travelin’ McCourys, one featuring accompaniment from singer-songwriter Lukas Nelson. Day three’s bill boasts returns from Leftover Salmon, Sam Grisman Project, Mr. Sun and Armchair Boogie, plus series debuts from Shinyribs, The Mountain Grass Unit, Sweet Lillies and eight more daytime performances. Evening sets will arrive from The Brothers Comatose and Davisson Brothers Band, featuring Leftover Salmon’s Vince Herman.

Finally, on Sunday, a stacked 15-act lineup will close out the festival, featuring return engagements from The Brothers Comatose, Davisson Brothers Band, The Mounatin Grass Unit and more, plus sets from Sierra Ferrell, Don Was & the Pan-Detroit Ensemble, Old Crow Medicine Show and a culminating final set from The Del McCoury Band. After the encore, a special Midnight Jamboree hosted by Ketch Secor and a last presentation from The Travelin’ McCourys will cap off the festival.
