Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh has announced an impending performance at The Warfield in San Francisco, slated for Saturday, Jan. 13. News of the winter concert arrived via the musician’s new Terrapin Clubhouse Instagram account.

The January show announcement follows a short, two-show stint from the ensemble this past weekend, Dec. 15 and 17, at The Fillmore in San Francisco. The shows at the historic venue marked 25 years since Lesh received a liver transplant in December 1998. Celebrating the special occasion, Lesh was joined on stage by guitarists Stu Allen, Stanley Jordan and Grahame Lesh, keyboardist Adam MacDougall, and drummer John Molo.

Prior to this past weekend’s double serving of music, Lesh announced his new Terrapin Clubhouse endeavor during his show at The Fillmore on Nov. 3. The project is a collaboration with the bassist’s son and Midnight North member Grahame Lesh. Learn more here

General on-sale for tickets begins at 10 a.m. PST on Friday, Dec. 22. For more information visit www.terrapinclubhouse.com.
