Israeli psytrance quartet G-Nome Project have announced that they’re gearing to set off on tour in just over a month. The collective, regarded by many as Israel’s very first improvisational livetronica band, will kick off their tour at Summer Camp Music Festival on May 28.

The announcement of their tour follows the release of their bass-heavy and radical interpretation, “Pure Imagination G-Mix” inspired by the 1971 film Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. On the track, they incorporated several psychedelic approaches to their musical tapestry, adding elements of techno to the mix, which will appear on their debut studio LP Mouse Kingdom – set to arrive this July. Notably, the title track is also expected to be released ahead of the full project.

After their appearance at Summer Camp Music Festival, which will also welcome performances from moe., Umphrey’s McGee, Vulfpeck, Mastodon, SunSquabi, and more, G-Nome Project will head to Buffalo, N.Y. for a show at Buffalo Iron Works, followed by sets in Richmond, Va., Baltimore, Md., Philadelphia and Narrowsburg, N.Y. More dates and support are expected to be announced soon.

Tickets for G-Nome Project’s upcoming spring tour dates go on sale Friday, April 28 at 10 a.m. ET. Learn more and find tickets here.
