The promotors of Borderland Music + Arts Festival have teamed up with Holiday Valley Resort in Ellicottville, N.Y., to present the second annual Rail Rider Jamboree on Saturday, March 18. This year’s lineup sees the return of Dark Star Orchestra, who will headline the one-day Western New York occurrence and perform two music sets.
Joining the Grateful Dead tribute act on the bill is Aqueous’ Mike Gantzer, who will welcome a group of collaborators on stage during the mid-March event for a performance labeled Gantzer & Friends. In addition, the four-piece Connecticut-bred jamband, Eggy, will provide an additional frame of songs.
The festival lineup also includes the funk-driven ensemble Grub, the eight-member horn collective Buffalo Brass Machine and roots quartet Folkfaces, all of whom will participate in the springtime jubilee. To learn more about the musician on the 2023 Rail Rider Jamboree lineup, follow this link.
