Grateful Shred have announced they will perform at the Lodge Room in Los Angeles on April 20. 

The event has been dubbed Shred 420 and will feature special guests, Taper’s Choice and “Loco” Lance Gordon’s Mad Alchemy Liquid Light Show. The band has also added Brooklyn-based singer Zephaniah Ohora and Los Angeles-based steel guitarist Tyler Nuffer to their touring band. 

Ohora will provide vocals and guitar. He is a regular at Skinny Dennis in Brooklyn, N.Y., leading the New York City Dead Appreciation Club. Nuffer is a multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles. He will accompany the band on both guitar and steel pedal on tour. 

The 420 event will be the only Grateful Shred appearance in their native-Los Angeles and act as their send-off before they embark on their Go East III tour, which will run from April 22 until  May 1. Read about the complete tour schedule here.
