Strings & Sol is back.
The twangy destination event has locked down Dec. 9-13, 2021 in Puerto Morelos, Mexico as its return to the festival scene, and booked artists include Greensky Bluegrass, Yonder Mountain String Band, Trampled By Turtles, Railroad Earth, The Infamous Stringdusters, Leftover Salmon, The Lil Smokies, Broke Mountain Bluegrass Band and Lindsay Lou.
(As headliners GSBG and YMSB will perform three shows, whereas most others will perform two.)
According to organizers at Cloud 9 Adventures, “The Strings & Sol experience extends beyond the stage with a variety of artist interactions that create the ultimate experience for bluegrass fans and avid vacationers alike. The intimate event has cultivated a close-knit community of returning guests, first time attendees, artists, and staff who come together to participate in instrument workshops, beachside jam sessions, and theme nights. In addition to the happenings on property, guests can book off-site excursions to explore the beauty and culture of the surrounding Mayan Riviera region extending from Cancun to Tulum.”
