Big Something will take over Raleigh, NC’s Lincoln Theatre on Dec. 30 and 31 for a free virtual New Year’s Run.
“New Years Eve at Lincoln Theatre has become one of our favorite traditions,” frontman Nick MacDaniels explained via press release. “And even though it’s gonna be a little different this year without our friends and fans joining us in person, we’re still really excited to make these shows happen virtually and help support our hometown music venue. There are so many great independent music venues across the country that really need support right now. We really appreciate everyone out there doing their part to help save live music.”
Fans can virtually tune in to the crowdless events at 9 p.m. ET on each evening via nugs.tv.
According to organizers, “Donations for the band, crew & venue are welcome and encouraged with 25% of all proceeds going directly to the Lincoln Theatre as part of the #saveourstages initiative.”
