Phish have announced the next installment for the now-monthly ‘Dinner And A Movie’ series. The band will broadcast their renowned Nov. 22, 1997 show at the Hampton Coliseum. It will air on Saturday, Nov. 28 at 8:30 p.m. ET.

According to the band, “the dinner part of the evening comes from Nashville-based chef Ryan Poli, formerly of the famed Catbird Seat restaurant. After Thanksgiving feasting, Ryan opted to serve up some (mostly) lighter but no less fantastic fare: butternut squash soup with chipotle chiles and popcorn, a brussel sprouts salad and a sticky toffee pudding with a spiced caramel sauce.” See the full recipes here.

On the charitable front, Phish announced that the beneficiary for this edition is The Food Empowerment Project (F.E.P.). F.E.P “a non-profit organization that seeks to create a more just and sustainable world by recognizing the power of one’s food choices.” (Quote via the band’s announcement post.) The show itself is one of the most highly-regarded performances in Phish’s history. The band kicked off the night with a “Mike’s Groove” sequence, followed by a rare mid-first-set appearance of “Harry Hood.” They closed the first frame with a pair of sough-after covers: “Frankenstein” and “Izabella.”

The second set features a marquee Phish jam, the Hampton “Halley’s Comet,” as well as exemplars of their cow funk style in “Tweezer” and “Black-Eyed Katy.” The set closed with thrilling versions of “Piper” and “Run Like an Antelope.”
