In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the eighth annual Levitate Music and Arts Festival has been postponed from July 10-12, 2020 to July 9-11, 2021.

The Massachusetts event was set to feature a number of jam scene regulars from Jack Johnson to Phil Lesh & Friends, Umphrey’s McGee and moe. Other standout performers included Billy Strings, Goose, Tash Sultana, Old Crow Medicine Show and Dirty Heads.

Since launching Levitate Music & Arts Festival in 2013, we at Levitate have been extremely grateful for all of your support in growing a music and arts festival that as a community we can all be proud of. Out of an abundance of caution and for the safety of the community we love, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone until the following July on the same weekend. Thank you to our headliners for working with us on this move, all of whom, including Jack Johnson, we are thrilled to say have committed to the new dates. The majority of the supporting artists have already committed to the new dates as well and we will share updates as we have them. We look forward to using the extra planning time to deliver to you the best 3 days of music, art, food, and community yet.

We ask for your support and for you to please hold on to your tickets as they all remain valid for the new dates of July 9-11 2021 and tickets will remain on sale. That being said, if you find yourself unable to hold onto your tickets and need a refund, please reach out by responding directly to the email all ticket holders will receive today with this same announcement. All of our staff are at home working in Marshfield and surrounding towns and will promptly answer any questions you may have by email. Thank You all for your support in this decision, as we feel it is truly the right thing to do so that we can enjoy this event in a responsible way when the time is right! Please be safe, be strong, and support local businesses and front line workers.

With Love,
Dan, Jess, and the entire Levitate Family & Community
