This summer and fall, The Doobie Brothers will reunite for a 30-city tour marking their first outing with the full lineup of Michael McDonald, Tom Johnston, Pat Simmons and John McFee in over 25 years.

This 2020 tour will mark the band’s 50th anniversary, and while a restructured Doobie Brothers lineup has been on the road in recent years, it was their Nov. 18 Ryman Auditorium show where they officially reunited with McDonald and performed a show-stopping version of “Takin’ It To The Streets.”

“We’re truly excited about our 50th Anniversary Tour, as it’s a celebration of the band’s entire history. We’ll be performing songs from our full catalog, as well as new music,” Johnston said via press release.

The Doobie Brothers’ 50th anniversary tour will kick off on June 9 at Coral Sky Amphitheatre West Palm Beach, Fla. and make stops at amphitheaters and arenas across the country before closing in Houston on Oct. 10.

According to the band, general onsale for The Doobie Brothers 50th anniversary tour will begin Friday, Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. local time at LiveNation.com. A limited number of LaneOne Premium Packages will also be available.
