Tedeschi Trucks Band returned to the Beacon Theatre stage on Saturday evening for the final installment of their annual residency at the New York City venue, offering another two-set performance that featured a few nods to the Allman Brothers Band—who previously held down yearly stints at the Beacon—along with a guest spot from vocalist Joss Stone.

The group opened the night with a cover of The Band’s version of the Marvin Gaye classic “Don’t Do It” and fit in staples like “Do I Look Worried,” “Hard Case,” “Shame” and “Midnight in Harlem” into the first set, plus a closing run of Titus Turner’s “Sticks and Stones.”

A packed second set kicked off with a cover of Derek and the Dominos’ “Tell the Truth,” the final Eric Clapton song of the Beacon Run that featured several of them from Layla and Other Love Songs, which TTB covered with Trey Anastasio at this year’s LOCKN’ Festival. The band then brought out English vocalist Joss Stone to help out on the Four Tops’ “Loving You Is Sweeter Than Ever.” Two songs later, TTB offered the first of three selections from the Allman Brothers’ catalog, the blues standard “Statesboro Blues.” Along with more TTB staples like “How Blue Can You Get?,” “Part of Me,” “Made Up Mind” and a cover of Bob Dylan’s “Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right,” the band also played two more Allmans tunes, “Dreams” and the set-closing “Whipping Post.” They then rounded out their 2019 Beacon run with an encore of The Beatles’ “With a Little Help From My Friends.”

Check out the full setlist below, along with both fan- and pro-shot videos from the night. Tedeschi Trucks Band are off the road for a month before returning for a run of fall tour dates starting in Houston Nov. 6. See their full schedule here.
