The String Cheese Incident headlined Virginia’s FloydFest Saturday evening, offering two sets that each featured special guest appearances, starting with SCI’s friends in Leftover Salmon and continuing with longtime collaborator Keller Williams.

Set one closed out with two tunes that paired String Cheese with Leftover Salmon, “High On a Mountain Top” and New Grass Revival’s “Reach.” The guests continued in the second frame, which kicked off with Williams joining SCI onstage for a rendition of “Best Feeling” (which appears on the two acts’ collaborative 1999 album, Breathe) that included an interpolation of Bob Marley’s “Exodus.”
