In late August, bassist Reed Mathis and guitarist Dan “Lebo” Lebowitz of ALO will team up with some friends for a four-night run of Bone Diggers, their sporadic project of Paul Simon cover songs.

Included in the run will be Danny Eisenberg of The Mother Hips, Tea Leaf Green’s Scott Rager, Jennifer Hartswick and James Casey of Trey Anastasio Band and Thievery Corporation’s Jeff Franca. The collective will kick off the shows Aug. 27 in Vail, CO, and continue in Boulder, Denver and Park City, UT, the following three nights (Casey will only be joining for the Denver show).
