This weekend, Umphrey’s McGee will return to Chillicothe, IL, for their annual slot at Summer Camp Music Festival, and the band has announced the ninth annual Golden Ticket event, which gives fans the chance to win tickets to every UM show for a year.

The band will sell 600 bags full of various band merchandise, with some bags holding special Silver Ticket prizes and one bag holding the Golden Ticket, which includes the aforementioned tickets plus select VIP passes, signed vinyls and merchandise, tickets to special Summer Camp shows and more.

Check out more information on the event, which will take place at Summer Camp’s Soulshine Tent this Friday, May 24, here. A portion of the proceeds from the merch bag sales will go toward Conscious Alliance.

In other Umphrey’s McGee news, keyboardist Joel Cummins and drummer Kris Myers are playing a Summer Camp pre-party at Chicago’s Martyrs’ venue as part of guitarist Marcus Rezak’s touring around his 2018 album, Gateway to the Galaxy, tomorrow night (May 21). The show will also feature Bryan Doherty and Joe Hettinga—both of whom have played with the Umphrey’s-adjacent act Digital Tape Machine that also features Rezak, Cummins and Myers—plus Kyle Madsen, with opener Bronson Rock. Tickets and more information on that show can be found here.
