Violent Femmes have announced they will release their 10th studio album, Hotel Last Resort, July 26, along with releasing the title track and scheduling a free stream of their upcoming show at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas this Friday, May 3, via The Relix Channel.

The new single, “Hotel Last Resort,” features guest guitarist Tom Verlaine from Television. “One of the greatest thrills of a long recording career is getting Tom Verlaine to play on one of our songs,” singer/guitarist Gordon Gano says. “It’s just amazing to hear that sound.”

The new album also features an appearance from skateboarder Stefan Janoski, who will also be at the band’s Vegas show on Friday.
