On March 22, Ghost Light will reveal their debut studio record, Best Kept Secrets.

After forming in early 2018, the band – which features Tom Hamilton, Holly Bowling, Raina Mullen, Steve Lyons and Scotty Zwang – has been touring steadily and honing their voice as a jam quintet.

“I think of this album like a bunch of abstract paintings,” Hamilton said in a press release. “We present the songs as a series meant to be experienced in a certain order, but at the end of the day, whatever that series makes you feel is totally up to you.”

The guitarist also added there were quite a few evenings in the Ghost Light studio that were chemically enhanced.

“We wanted to see what would happen if we opened up some new creative doors, so we got a whole bunch of LSD,” he added. “Twice a week for a few months, Raina and I would eat acid and just work in the studio all night.”
