Michael Arnone will once again host his annual Crawfish Fest in New Jersey this spring, when the gathering will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a lineup headlined by vocalist and New Orleans legend Aaron Neville and The Marcus King Band.

Also set to play the music and food festival are other NOLA-centric acts like Neville Jacobs (Dumpstaphunk’s Ivan Neville + Cris Jacobs), Rebirth Brass Band, Terrance Simien and the Zydeco Experience, Cowboy Mouth, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Walter “Wolfman” Washington and the Roadmasters, Cory Henry and the Treme Funktet, John Papa Gros Band and many more. See the full lineup below.

“The great thing about this festival is its incredible authenticity,” says festival creator Arnone, who started the event as a way to bring a taste of his native New Orleans to New Jersey. “It’s so real that for everybody who’s moved up North from Louisiana, everyone who’s homesick, this is like going home for a few days. The Louisiana atmosphere, the crawfish, the jambalaya, it’s all there. I tell people the music brings them, but the food keeps them.”

The Crawfish Fest will return to the Sussex County Fairgrounds May 31–June 2. Tickets and more information can be found at the festival’s website.
