On Tuesday evening, Greensky Bluegrass brought their winter tour to the House of Blues in Cleveland, OH, and offered a two-set performance that featured several nods to the State of the Union address being given by President Trump at the same time.

The string quintet opened the night with their staple “Burn Them” and filled the first set with a number of tunes that could speak to the band’s views on the current administration, including a couple of tracks from their new album All For Money, “Do Harm” and the title track, plus “Fixin’ to Ruin,” “Take Cover” and two set-closing covers, Charlie Poole’s “White House Blues” and Black Sabbath’s “War Pigs.”

Set two rolled on in that same vein, kicking off with another new-album cut, “It’s Not Mine Anymore” and continuing with pointed song titles like “Just to Lie,” “Blood Sucking F(r)iends” and a closing run of “No Idea,” The Beatles’ “Help!” and “Run or Die.” The band later closed out the night with a cover of Grand Funk Railroad’s “We’re an American Band.”

See last night’s full setlist below. Greensky Bluegrass continue their tour tonight at Express Live! in Columbus, OH.
