After teasing in-studio collaborations with Bob Weir and John Mayer earlier this month (and subsequently releasing a new track featuring Mayer), Ryan Adams has followed up today with a short clip of his work with Weir from Adams’ PaxAm studios in Los Angeles.

“Jams w Bob Weir & Wolf Bros at PaxAm no autotune needed,” Adams writes on Twitter, captioning a video clip of a PaxAm soundboard. The song being shared, as some Twitter users commented on the post, appears to be the rarely played Adams cut “Trouble On Wheels,” and the music certainly sounds like Weir and his trio, which features bassist/producer Don Was and drummer Jay Lane. Was was also pictured at PaxAm in a photo Adams shared of himself and Mayer.

Adams previously noted that Weir was at PaxAm for “a secret thing.” No more information is currently available, though Adams has said that he will be releasing three albums this year, starting with Big Colors on April 19.
