Music fans are one step closer to Vampire Weekend’s highly anticipated new album, as the band has released a two-hour clip of swirling guitar lines – dubbed “120 Minutes of Harmony Hall Guitars” – and announced more new music will be dropping next week.

The length and laid back vibes of the audio point toward a jammy shift for the typically indie outfit. (Not to mention the “The Sacred Tree of the Sephiroth” artwork and frontman Ezra Koenig’s recent admission that he’s quite the Twiddle fan.)

The new record – currently going by the initials FTOB – will follow up the band’s 2013’s Modern Vampires of the City and according to a recent Instagram post by Koenig, the album is 18 songs long (“Is it a double album? The vinyl will be double so…yes? It’s about 59 minutes”).

“There will be three 2-song drops every month until the record is out,” Koenig also notes.
