On Wednesday, September 1, Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi are among the musicians who will appear with Herbie Hancock and his band for a special performance at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. Then on Thursday, Trucks and Tedeschi will rejoin the jazz legend and his group during a slot on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno. Later that same evening Trucks will perform at the Guitar Center “King Of The Blues” Grand Finale concert along with Oteil and Kofi Burbridge, Mike Mattison and JJ Johnson (with Tedeschi likely adding some vocals as well).
