Jack Casady will join Moonalice for three shows later this month. The Hot Tuna bassist will play with Moonalice during the groups short run with New Riders of the Purple Sage, which includes stops at San Franciscos Great American Music Hall (7/23), Petaluma, CAs Mystic Theater (7/24) and Crystal Bay, NVs Crystal Bay Club (7/25). Given their rich history together, one can safely assume the New Riders and Moonalice will regularly collaborate over the course of the run. Meanwhile, Hot Tuna will perform at Pistoia, Italys Pistoia Blues Festival on July 11, while Moonalice will perform with Great American Taxi at Big Sky, MTs Half Moon Saloon this evening.
