Eric Krasno and Charlie Hunter will participate in The National Guitar Workshops 2008 Jam Summits July. Krasno will hold court at the workshops San Francisco campus from July 12-17, while Hunter will be featured at the workshops Connecticut campus from July 20-25. The National Guitar Workshop is the largest summer music workshop program in the country, with locations in Connecticut, Washington, DC, Chicago, Nashville, Austin, Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles. This years Jam Summit faculty features notable players like Brian Seeger (Stanton Moore, Theresa Anderson), Simon Lott (Charlie Hunter), Chris Haugen (Everyone Orchestra, Jambay), Casandra Faulconer (Papa Mali, Charmaine Neville, Theresa Anderson), Mike Sugar (Jambay), Brian Coogan (Skerik, Bobby Previte, Stanton Moore Trio, Will Bernard) and Dennis McCumber. Additional guest artists for 2008 season include John Scofield Trio, Vernon Reid, Audley Freed, Lisa Loeb, Sonny Landreth and Kenny Burrell, among others.
