This past April, Umphreys McGee performed two nights in Indianapolis at the Murat Centres Egyptian Room. These two shows from April 6 and 7 are captured on the forthcoming two-CD set, Live at the Murat. The recording, set for an October 16 release from SCI Fidelity, includes such songs as Push the Pig,’ ‘In the Kitchen,’ ‘Nothing Too Fancy,’ ‘Padgett’s Profile,’ ‘Hajimemashite and The Triple Wide. The discs will hit in the midst of the groups fall tour, which will span the country and includes stops at Nokia Theater Times Square, Vegoose, Denvers Fillmore Auditorium and Bostons Orpheum Theatre.
