This past October 30 at Las Vegas MGM Grand Arena, Widespread Panic invited stand-up comic Carrot Top to the stage during a drum jam leading out of Proving Ground. On Tuesday, Panic was back in Vegas for a gig at the Planet Hollywood Theatre for the Performing Arts. The auburn-haired prop comic with curious eyebrows was in town as well, as part of his extended run at the Luxor, so Panic invited him out once again, for Drumz, which took place late in the second set between Low Spark of the High-Heeled Boys and Surprise Valley. On Friday, the group will begin a three night stand in Austin at the Backyard.
