This fall, Grammy-nominated artist Cory Wong is hitting the road again for 18 nights across the Midwest, Southeast, Northeast and Canada. The tour will feature jazz-fusion group Snarky Puppy’s Mark Lettieri as a guest guitarist, as well as Fearless Flyers, a funk outfit that features Wong’s talents. Boston-based indie-funk ensemble Couch will support Wong and his band on all dates.

The guitarist and his band are set to kick off their tour on Oct. 29 with a show at The Pageant in St. Louis before heading south, where they will perform for two consecutive evenings at Nashville’s iconic Ryman Auditorium on Oct. 30 and 31. From his next stop at The Eastern in Atlanta on Nov. 1, Wong will head up the East Coast for shows in Charlotte, N.C., Richmond, Va. and Washington at The Eastern, The National and The Anthem on Nov. 2, 4 and 6.

After these Southeast shows, the guitarist will travel north for a night at Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Nov. 7, followed by two Pennsylvania dates at Philadelphia’s The Met Philadelphia and Pittsburgh’s Stage AE on Nov. 8 and 14. Continuing this trip north, Wong will play for Canadian fans at Toronto’s HISTORY on Nov. 15. As the tour comes to an end, the band is set to travel to the American Midwest on Nov. 16, 20 and 22 for shows at venues like Detroit’s Royal Oak Music Theatre, Indianapolis’ Egyptian Room at Old National Centre and Chicago’s The Salt Shed. Wong will then close out the 18-date endeavor with back-to-back hometown shows at the Palace Theatre in St. Paul on Nov. 23 and 24—just in time to make it home for Thanksgiving.

Even before the tour begins, Wong and his fans are in for a busy summer. The artist and his band will venture to South Korea, Japan, and China for a series of sold-out shows in early June—including a stop at the Seoul Jazz Festival—before returning to the U.S. on June 15 for an evening at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre with Umphrey’s McGee. Near the end of this jam-packed summer, Wong and his band will play Newport Jazz Festival, host a sold-out day retreat for musicians called Cory Wong’s Syncopated Summer Camp in early August, then open for Dave Matthews Band on Aug. 31 at Washington’s Gorge Amphitheater for Labor Day weekend.
