The Yonder Mountain String Band has added a number of Midwest shows to its tour docket. Following the bands appearance at Wakarusa on June 8 and 9, the quartet also will travel to Kalamazoo, MI (Bell’s Brewery, 6/12), Bayfield, WI (Big Top Chataqua, 6/14), Des Moines, IA (Simon Estes, 6/15) Minneapolis, MN (Minnesota Zoo Amphitheatre, 6/15) and Council Bluffs, IA (Whiskey Roadhouse, 6/17). From there the group will return to Colorado for a stint at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. Other dates include an appearance at the Big Summer Classic on August 5, the groups own Northwest String Summit on August 23-26 and a performance at Red Rocks on Sunday, September 2. Tonight, Yonder is at the Orpheum Theater in Flagstaff, AZ.
