Last night Govt Mule crossed paths with the Dirty Dozen Brass Band in South Carolina. Before performing at Charlestons Music farm, the Dirty Dozen Brass Bands Revert ‘P-Nutt’ Andrews, Kevin Harris, and Efrem Towns ventured over to the historic Charleston Music Hall where Govt Mule was performing. The Dirty Dozen unit offered a cameo on John the Revelator before headlining their own late night show. Govt Mules support act, Donavon Frankenreiter, also appeared on his now trademark cover of David Crosbys Almost Cut My Hair. Govt Mule will perform at Louisville, KYs Palace Theatre tonight.
