The Aragon Ballroom in Chicago will be the locale for Umphreys McGees 2006 New Years Eve run. Dubbed All Roads Lead to Chicago, the three night stand will take place from December 29-31. The North Mississippi Allstars will open on the Friday the 29th, Los Lobos will support on the 30th while Taj Mahal & the International Rhythm Band will appear on New Years Eve. Umphreys will perform three sets on the 31st with the addition of a horn section that will include Jeff Coffin and Mike Mad Dog Mavridoglou. This evening UM is in Boulder for a sold-out show at the Fox Theatre.
