Tomorrow night the Big Wu will return to St. Paul, Minnesotas Roy Wilkins Auditorium for a New Years Eve performance. The group will share the evening with Trampled By Turtles, God Johnson and White Iron Band (including the nights final collaborative set). As for the Wus performance, bass player and longtime Jambands.com columnist, Andrew Miller (aka Padre Pienbique) has offered some insight into his bands setlist. In a post to the Big Wu listserve he has pledged that the Wu will open with a song bearing the initials H.T. by the band C.T. He adds, It is from an incredibly famous CD… No, Phish hasn’t covered it. As a reminder to those in attendance, the Wu will host a food drive at the show and is soliciting donations to benefit the Red Cross and Second Harvest Food Shelves.
