Pennsylvania upstart the Quagmire Swim Team has announced plans for its first New Years Run. Quagmire will offer a three-set affair at the Harrisburg, PAs Abbey Bar which will include several theatrical elements, as well as a champagne toast, food buffet, and atmospherics. DJ Geoffro will spin between sets, ensuring that the music never stops, while guests are encouraged to dress in Halloween-style costumes. Dubbed Quagmires Excellent New Years Eve Adventure, the band will kick off its run on the 29th with a post-Disco Biscuits bash at Philadelphias Pontiac (the Biscuits will play earlier that night at the Tower Theatre), and will swing by Reading, PA on the 30th en route to its NYE adventure.
