High Sierra Music and T-Dawg Productions have announced the cancellation of this year’s Blue Ridge HarvestFest. This is the third festival cancellation over the past few weeks, although in this case the promoters have given would-be attendees and the bands themselves a bit more lead time in terms of making alternate plans. In an official statement, High Sierra and T-Dawg explain that lackluster ticket sales, exacerbated by the ripple effects of Hurricane Katrina in the region, left us with little choice but to cancel.
