Last night New Monsoon celebrated the release of its new album, The Sound, at San Franciscos The Independent. As a treat, the group played The Sound in its entirety for the first—-and most likely last—-time during its first, debuting several songs along the way. The groups second was more traditional New Monsoon but did featured the bust out of After Midnight with Corrine West gusting on vocals. New Monsoon will play tonight at Reno, NVs The Garage.
