Tishamingo will celebrate the national release of its new studio album, _ Wear & Tear _, tonight at Smith’s Olde Bar in Atlanta, GA. The southern rock group will play a short acoustic set, in addition to spinning its new release in its entirety. Nodding to the evening’s celebratory nature, light hors d’oeuvres will be served. Tishamingo will also host CD release parties in Columbus, GA, Auburn, AL, Jackson, MS, Oxford, MS, Jacksonville, FL, Tallahassee, FL, Athens, GA, and Birmingham, AL throughout the month of February. The group will then return to Smith’s Olde Bar for an electric set on February 26. Be sure to check out Mark Kemp’s look at Tishamingo and the new southern rock movement in the new issue of Relix, on newsstands now.
