Dinosaur Jr founder J Mascis has announced a new line-up for his group the Fog. Dave Schools and Kyle Spence will step in to roles previously occupied by Mike Watt and Ron Asheton. This incarnation of J Mascis and the Fog will debut in Athens at 40 Watt Club on April 28, followed by west coast dates in early June. Later this summer the group intends to enter the studio and record (after Mascis returns from a solo tour of Australia and New Zealand and pending Schools’ commitments with the Stockholm Syndrome).
