The official Jammys after party will begin just prior to midnight on March 16 at B.B. King’s Place and carry on until the dawn (the morning of St. Patrick’s Day, allowing for that smooth segue into a day of green beer). JM2, comprised of the Disco Biscuits’ Marc Brownstein and Jon Gutwillig along with Jamie Shields (The New Deal) and Mike Greenfield (The Ally) will perform in the main room while Japan’s Big Frog will appear in Lucille’s. The previous B.B.‘s Jammys after party (with moe. and Particle) featured a few guest players who performed at the awards show and the same is expected this time (the Disco Biscuits web site lists these potential collaborators as ‘acquaintances’ as but one can expect there will be a friend or two as well).
