Jupiter Coyote, which continues to tour and record well into its second decade, has readied a new CD/DVD for release. The The Hillary Step CD includes eight previously unreleased songs, while the DVD presents a live show recorded at the Windjammer in Isle Of Palms, SC. The DVD, which is mixed in 5-1 surround sound, includes appearances by Count Mbutu and Darius Rucker as well as Bobby Houck and Hank Futch of The Blue Dogs. JC, which will gig in the south for much of the spring, is at the Buckhead Saloon in Charlotte this Friday.
