With the Flecktones currently off the road, SyntheAxe drumitar innovator Royel ‘Future Man’ Wooten will begin a tour with 9 year old drummer Isaiah Williams this Saturday at Jammin Java in Vienna, VA. Wooten who first met Williams two years ago, explains, ‘Young Isaiah Williams is poised to shed great light on the form of drumming and music. He is still a child, yet a budding master.’ The pair will tour through mid-March traveling through the northeast, back to the south and then off to the midwest at which point Wooten will return to the Flecktones and Williams will return to elementary school.
