Two perennial spring events have confirmed that they will return in 2004 although they will switch seasons. The All Good festival, traditionally held the weekend before Memorial Day, is back for a ninth year on July 9-11 (this move will likely obviate the need for snowsuits, as nearly-required two years ago). Renamed to reflect its new date, the All Good Summer Festival and Campout will return to Marvins Mountaintop in Masontown, WV. Meanwhile, the Las Vegas JamBand Society has announced that the fourth installment of its Area 51 Soundtest, will move from the spring to Columbus Day Weekend, October 8-10. The soundtest once again will take place in Indian Springs, NV. No artists have been announced for either festival.
