Five Point Plan vocalist Latrice Barnett will appear with Galactic on its upcoming Freezestyle 2004 tour. The soulful singer, whose group is currently completing its third disc, will sing lead as well as back-up on the tour which opens on February 13 at the Fillmore in Denver (Galactic begins its 4-show Japan run on Sunday). Following the first two Freezestyle shows which are co-bills with moe, the group will tour with a number of opening acts including Mike Doughty and Drums & Tuba. Today, a live performance recorded during Galactic’s recent Ruckus tour, will air on the nationally-syndicated World Cafe program.
