Trumpeter Willie Waldman performed with moe. Friday at The Fillmore in San Francisco. Waldman stepped in for the last song of the second set, Buster, as well as the encore, Happy Hour Hero. Willie is a regular collaborator and has welcomed the members of moe. to jam with his own outfit, the Willie Waldman Project, on several occasions. Speaking of which, later Friday night, moe. percussionist Jim Loughlin joined Waldman and his band at the Boom Boom Room in San Francisco.
