The Radiators have announced plans for a benefit concert for the Velie Family Memorial Fund. The show will take place on July 31 at the Terrace Club in Stamford, CT. Currie-Hill Velie, a loyal Radiators fan, was 8 months pregnant when she was murdered last September in Miami. Her husband Joe has moved to Newbury, NH, where the Velie Recreational Park Nature Center has been established in Currie-Hills honor.
All proceeds from the benefit concert will be donated to the Nature Center. Complete information on the memorial fund is available at www.veliefamilycircle.org.
