Jam Nation airs from 8 – 10 p.m. every Sunday on Radio 104 WMRQ in Hartford, CT and online at www.radio104.com. It can also be heard nationally on XM Satellite (Ch. 43) Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET with encore presentations Fridays at 4 a.m. and 11 a.m., Saturdays at 1 a.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m.
