More than 200 artists have been confirmed to perform at the 2003 South by Southwest Music Festival, which will take place March 12 16 at various venues in Austin, TX. The initial line-up includes Keller Williams, Willie Nelson, Lucinda Williams, David Cross, The Jayhawks, RANA, Camper Van Beethoven, Vic Chesnutt, Estradasphere, Dan Bern & the IJBC and Tea Leaf Green. A complete list of artists will be released in January.
