Guitarist Fro will release a new album this fall. The CD, which is still untitled, features Deep Banana Blackouts Eric Kalb (drums) and Johnny Durkin (percussion), Electric Hills Rich Zurkowski (bass) and Dave Savitsky (saxophone). This weekend, Fro will perform a free concert at Washington Square Park in New York City. His band will include Savitsky, Magus bassist Josh Werner and Bomb Squad drummer Andy Sanesi. Showtime is 5 p.m.
