Joe Russo is the latest guest on Eric Krasno’s ‘Plus One’ podcast.

In the new episode, Russo and Krasno discuss the formation of Benevento/Russo Duo with the frequent collaborator Marco Benevento and playing in G.R.A.B. with Benevento and Mike Gordon and Trey Anastasio of Phish. He talks about how Joe Russo’s Almost Dead came together, discussing how it came out of his other project, Bustle in Your Hedgerow. The two then discuss Russo’s method of learning Grateful Dead tunes and touch on his time in Furthur.
